Frequented by millions of tourists every year, Mont Saint Michel has now become the most visited monument in France, outside of Paris.
After spending just a few hours touring the monasteries and crypts, I was left with a sense of historical insight that I have yet to experience again. If you have the opportunity to visit this remarkable landmark, I highly recommend you do so.
